Time Off
Personal Time (PTO)
FranklinCovey’s paid Personal Time Off (PTO) benefit enables associates to take time off to accommodate personal needs including vacations, time with family, personal appointments, and other personal matters.
Exempt Employees
Full-time regular exempt employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s flexible PTO program. FranklinCovey’s flexible PTO program is intended to provide eligible employees a flexible work schedule in which employees decide, consistent with their responsibilities, when and how much time to take off. Under the program, exempt employees do not accrue PTO. Additional information about FranklinCovey’s flexible PTO program, as well as other types of leave, can be located in the Company’s Policy Handbook.
Non-Exempt Employees
Full and part-time regular non-exempt employees accrue PTO as illustrated in the following chart. Additional information about PTO for non-exempt employees, as well as other types of leave, can be located in the Company’s Policy Handbook.
